After years of preparation, a cookery school with luxury residential accommodation has opened for pupils in Somerset, offering breaks from £850 plus use of pools/courts.
The school has been set up by Caroline Waldegrave, with an impressiove career history and a huge range of cookery books to her name. The five day course will aim to teach basics and also a range of delicious recipes for those wishing to improve, and short courses are available for groups that may want to learn specific skills such as knifework or sauces.
