The Great British Food Festival takes place in Stafford this weekend which will have over 80 top local producers showcasing their products at Shugborough.
It is a fantastic opportunity for chefs to meet suppliers, get recipe ideas and see demos from some of the top chefs in the country.
There will be a huge range of foods, wines and ales on display with foods like Thai dishes and Ostrich burgers, as well as pulled pork, prime steak, and the best local burgers and sausages available to taste.
