Marinate the meat

You have a wonderful opportunity to focus flavors when grilling meat because you can marinate prior to cooking.  This gives you the chance to have multiple flavor burgers or chicken on your menu, that can vary between a soft flavor to extremely spicy ones.

Let your meat rest

Wrap your meats in foil and leave to rest for around 10 minutes (if you have time) because this allows all the juices within the meat to even out, rather than having one very dry piece compared to an over juicy piece.

Keep your veg oiled

If you are grilling vegetables, make sure they are well oiled to avoid them sticking to the grill and destroying them. You can use olive oil or even coconut oil.
