Jamie Oliver will be hosting his 2nd annual food revolution day as part of a national cookery education push. The celebrity chef will hold the event outside his 15th restaurant in Westland Place, Finsbury on the 17th of May between 12noon and 10pm.
Although the London event will take on a street party vibe it will also have lots of stalls where you can try a variety of tasty snacks and drinks. Demonstrations from talented chefs will also be happening throughout the day.
The celebrity chef hopes the event will build awareness of healthy food from around the world including cuisines from Argentina, Slovakia, France and the Philippines. With a major focus on education the chef demonstrations are hoped to increase cooking confidence so people can make better choices for themselves and their families.
