Casamia Chef Wins South West Round of Great British Menu

Casamia in Bristol has held a coveted Michelin star for four years now, and was previously featured (and won) in Gordon Ramsey’s Best Restaurant. They have hit the news recently too with Peter Sanchez-Iglesias winning the South West group in the Great British Menu.

Peter is now the youngest chef to reach the finals of the TV competition, and will compete with winners from all over the country. He is also the first from Bristol to get to the finals, and says he’s proud to be representing the city.

Since the show aired bookings for Casamia have leapt, with people coming from all over the country just to dine at the restaurant.
