Scottish Pupils Cook With Top Chefs

Richard Lochhead, the Scottish Rural Affairs Secretary, has launched a £10,000 initiative to allow budding young chefs the chance to cook with their celebrity chef idols.

Leading chefs from around Scotland will come to cook and teach in workshops designed to inspire and encourage pupils in cookery, in the Chefs@School.

A number of high profile chefs are participating, including a previous Scottish Chef Of The Year, president-elect and the President of the Federation of Chefs Scotland, and Mr Fairlie – Scotland’s only two Michelin starred chef.
