October 16th saw chefs serving up an exquisite menu for the Award ceremony held at the Eden Project. An event focused around food demands a superb meal, and they didn’t disappoint, with a main course of Moostone Meats Roast Saddle of Lamb stuffed with black pudding and garlic, on potato cake with minted pea purée and a balsamic sauce.
All other courses had a similarly local focus, with Taste of The West participants providing local, fresh produce to create a true encore to the festival and competitions.
