The 2013 Awards are the 20th Anniversary of the ceremony, and will have an Emerald theme to celebrate. It takes place in June and nominations for the 15 categories are now open until February 15th.
All previous 19 award winners will be invited back for this 20th anniversary ceremony, including last year’s winner Cyrus Todiwala.
The nomination categories are unchanged except for the Education Chef Award, which has changed to the Chef Lecturer Award.
