Relief Requirements Plummet, but not for long!

The usual end of season lull has hit again with relief chef requirements dropping off as expected. As move towards December however we can expect to see a significant rise as Hospitality and Catering businesses are sure to get caught out. With Bank of England interests rates remaining low and mortgage lenders reluctant to increase their rates prior to Christmas consumer spending is set to boom, thus giving a feel good factor which is sure to be a bonus for the Restaurant and Pub trade. If you don’t want to get caught out make sure you forward plan. Once the New Year hits however the belts are sure to tighten and we’re sure to see a surge for permanent positions as the temporary worker seeks stability from permanent employment.
