Sous Chef - Busy Pub Restaurant with rooms - Exmoor, Nr Minehead - Live-in - £30K+
Great opportunity for a talented chef to join a small friendly team producing excellent plates of food from fresh ingredients.
The pub side of the business offers customers traditional pub style dishes, whilst their restaurant area is designed to deliver finer dining restaurant style dishes.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to prepare dishes from largely fresh locally sourced ingredients to include and feature local game produce.
