An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced chef to assist the newly appointed Head Chef leading a full compliment of 6 chefs. This award-winning kitchen offers customers a full range of facilities which include; light lunches, simple easy dining, conference trade, wedding functions and an exceptional evening dining experience in their AA 2 Rosette restaurant. Using some of the finest local ingredients you will have the perfect setting to deliver exceptional dining, in a stunning Dartmoor setting.

You’ll need to be classically trained and have flair and innovative way of creating dishes. You should have a passion for food and service and have exceptional drive. You will support and help the head chef in helping managing the team, assisting with menu design to create exceptional customer experiences while helping meet GP targets and ensuring the highest levels of kitchen organisation.
