Having Robbie work with us for 6 months has allowed us to develop the kitchen further to where we need to be going, his experience, conversational, organisation and cooking skills have benefited us immensely. It has been great to have around someone who can input initiative which has given me some great support through some difficult times.

We never had the need to use an agency previously, but on finding ourselves minus our chef, with some apprehension we decided that it was worth investing in some professional chef relief from an agency that came recommended by colleagues in the trade. We found the whole process very efficient, and we had an excellent relief chef in post by the required date, and at relatively short notice. He was a trooper, and very quickly ‘got’ what our place was all about. As we had previously offered the position to another chef via independent methods, the relief was originally intended to cover this candidate’s notice period elsewhere. The new recruit did not subsequently work out, and we were then able to offer the post to our relief guy who had expressed an interest in the job should the original candidate not work out. Personnel solutions were kindly able to expedite his release from another assignment, and he has now been with us nearly three weeks. The disruption was minimised all round, and all is now running well. Would not hesitate to use your services again.
