Our client has asked us to recruit an experienced Chef to join their team in the role of Junior / Sous Chef working with a dedicated Sous Chef and Head Chef in a team of 4. The team are searching for a chef with flair, enthusiasm, a zest for life and a real passion for food. The owners are involved with running the front of house ensuring a great working environment and excellent team spirit throughout.

The restaurant caters for up to 60 covers per night during peak times, trade is predominantly led by evening service with lunches being considerably quieter. You should have worked in a fast paced kitchen and have experience of working in fine dining operations, you will ideally have worked at AA Rosette level.

You will have a good understanding of fresh seasonal produce, be passionate about excellent food and service, have excellent knife skills, be well presented, knowledgeable in food, be fun to work with and have the ability to take responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef.

The premises offer customers a variety of high end letting rooms which means their are breakfast shifts to be covered by the team. You will work 5 days per week, working Split shifts approximately 10 hours per day.

This really is an Excellent opportunity, £28-£30K Negotiable, Up to £3500 pa tips!
