Junior Sous Chef - Busy Hotel and Restaurant - Sidmouth - Live-in Available - £32,000 +

Our client is expanding their team and has a fantastic opening for a talented chef to join a professional team producing Rosette awarded food in a prominent Sidmouth hotel. As Junior Sous Chef you will join the team of approximately 20 chefs working in various sections of the kitchen assisting junior chefs with further training and instruction as required.

You will be have previously worked in kitchens to AA 1 Rosette level, will have already honed your skills and techniques as a chef and have a good understanding of fresh ingredients. Using the very best fresh locally sourced ingredients you will produce creative fine dining dishes alongside senior chefs whilst giving further training to the more junior staff. The Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant can comfortably cater for 100+ covers during busy times. The position gives a fantastic opportunity for career progression whilst learning further fine dining skills and working with a well staffed team in a fully equipped kitchen.
