Head Chef - Busy Country House Hotel and Restaurant - Dartmoor - Up to £45K - Possible Live-in

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced chef to lead the full compliment of 6 chefs in this award-winning kitchen. Using some of the finest local ingredients you will have the perfect setting to deliver exceptional dining, in a stunning Dartmoor setting.

You’ll need to be classically trained, and have proven experience in leading and managing a team, creating exceptional customer experiences and meeting GP targets, whilst also ensuring the highest levels of kitchen organisation, management and compliance. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track-record for creating positive working relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Up to £45K salary
