Chef de Partie - AA Rosette Hotel and Restaurant - Newton Abbot Area - LIVE IN - £22,000-£24,000pa

We're looking for a passionate Chef to join the team in producing excellent AA 2 Rosette standard dishes in a renowned Country House Hotel and Restaurant

The small to medium sized restaurant is tended by a talented Head Chef that has been with our client for several years. The team are from fine dining background and are now seeking to employ a chef with some experience of working in a fine dining operation of AA 2 Rosette or similar that's looking to progress. The position might suit a Demi Chef de Partie or an experience Commis Chef looking to progress. You will receive classical training to prepare dishes of Modern British, traditional and classical European style dishes.

You will work 5 days per week out of 7 and benefit from straight shifts usually working from 12:00 midday until finish.

The Hotel and Restaurant is approximately 30 minutes from central Exeter, own transport is almost certainly essential however, comfortable accommodation in a 3 bedroomed cottage near to the hotel is also available. The owners of the Hotel are constantly investing in the property, they ensure they provide an excellent working environment for staff and boast a fantastic restaurant and hotel retreat for their customers.

You should want to work as part of a team, have a desire to produce excellent dishes, be interested in learning about fresh ingredients and want to know how to get the best results from them. You should be generally enthusiastic, motivated and have drive to progress. We're looking for a stable character that is trustworthy, reliable and genuine.
