Our client has a beautifully decorated town house hotel with individually styled rooms and contemporary facilities. The restaurant, bar and lounges are open to residents and non residents offering morning coffee, lunch, dinner and Devon cream teas all prepared from Devon's fine produce. The Head Chef has built on their reputation for excellent food and service and has developed a brasserie style menu offered to customers in their elegant restaurant, lounge or bar areas. The hotel showcases an oak panelled dining room for private dining up to 24 covers, whilst their main conference suite can comfortably seat 100 covers. Taylor made weddings and conferences can cater for up to 150 covers. As Sous Chef you will hold the kitchen responsibly in the absence of the head chef, manage and supervise the team of 7 accordingly, leading by example. You will further mentor and nurture the staff to maintain a happy professional team.
