Our client is seeking an experienced chef to join their team working as Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. This very busy pub restaurant features a traditional and modern style menu offering classic pub dishes cooked to a very good standard, it also offers more contemporary and regularly changing dishes on the "Blackboard" all are prepared from mostly fresh ingredients. The pub restaurant has fast become recognised for excellent food and service and is usually fully booked (typically up to 100+ covers per service). As 3rd Chef you will join the team as Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie, you will have the ability to work as part of a team and will be comfortable working all sections of the kitchen depending on requirements of the business. You should have previous experience of working as Chef de Partie and be a competent chef, with a good knowledge of fresh ingredients and know how to use them to produce quality pub restaurant style dishes. This is a busy and fast paced kitchen and requires a Chef that enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen. Excellent salary of up to £25000pa (negotiable depending on experience), excellent prospects, Immediate start available.
