Winner of the Electrolux Chef Academy Jonah Keller, age 18, is to embark on training under Simon Hulstone – a Michelin starred chef. He will be working at The Elephant in Torquay and also alongside Jonray Peter Sanchez-Iglesias in Bristol and Tom Kitchin in Edinburgh.
Jonah was one of seven finalists, and graduated from City College Plymouth as a chef. The competition aims to encourage fresh talent in cookery and offers a fully funded work placement.
