It is always worth searching out local establishments and seeing if they have any vacancies. Even if not, it’s always worth dropping in your CV anyway if anything opens up in future.

There are so many online job directories that are refreshed regularly to advertise for various restaurants and establishments. A quick search into Google will list you several recruitment agencies.
