This annual competition aims to showcase some of the best talent within the hospitality industry across the South West. Whether you are a professional chef, a relief chef, sous chef or trainee chef this competition is a prestigious event judged by some of the South West’s top chefs, making the title well sought after.
There are five different categories for entry including; Professional, Young Professional, Student Chef, South West’s Best Dish.
Entrants in the Professional and Young Professional category are required to create a two course meal including compulsory ingredients previously selected by competition organisers.
